Kara is a certified Energy Medicine Practitioner (Four Winds, Alberto Villoldo) since 2019, and a yoga teacher since 1998.

Shamanic energy practices for healing have long been preserved thru the Quero Shamans of Peru, and passed on to Dr. Alberto Villoldo, a medical anthropologist. He was encouraged to bring these practices to the West, for healing the self and the collective!

Learn, play and grow as we go into a deeper study and practice of this powerful and helpful set of postures linked with the breath. Open to all levels, we will have time for attention to each individual. Adaptions given when needed for steady progress. History, theory and practice, followed by relaxing yoga Nidra.


Stress Reduction, Calmness, Meditation thru sound

Sound is as broad as the Universe. Research has shown that chanting, both alone and (even more effectively) in a group, is a way to connect with full spectrum wholeness. Chanting stimulates the parasympathetic and enteric nervous system, which returns us to normal healthy function of body/mind/spirit.

Join us to learn Sanskrit chants. Breathe deeply, Heal and be Well though the power of sound vibration! Handout included. Chair or floor seating, space is limited, sign up early.

Experience profound relaxation, release of chronic tension, and more restful sleep patterns, Learn how to access the healing wisdom of the mind/body through Yoga Nidra (Yogic Sleep). During the session, after discussion. students relax and lie comfortably on the floor with mats, bolsters and blankets. Sound bath included. The teacher will provide a verbally guided journey. All levels.
