Retreats
Cancellation:
- Retreat Deposits are non-refundable and non transferable. It is important to purchase travel insurance in case you have to make a personal claim due to illness or that of a close family member. In case of such a claim, Mystica will write a letter for your insurance company if needed.
- All of our deposits to the Retreat site are also non-refundable and non-transferable, so we are committed! We ask that you do the same.
- If for any reason the Costa Rica borders are closed for the time of our retreat, they will provide us with similar dates for the following year.
Travel:
- Travel insurance is highly advised.
Classes:
Class/Workshop Etiquette:
- Cell phones must be muted/turned off.
- Water bottles are okay.
- No fragrances please.
- Arrive early if possible.
- Injuries & Limitations: I appreciate you keeping me informed.
- Refund and Cancellation Policy: The money that comes in helps to support the studio being here for you. Once you have paid, please do not ask for a refund. No exceptions please.
- Make up classes can be arranged by texting me in advance. If you are not going to make it to class, please text me. That way another person might be able to use your spot as a make up. Make up classes must be used within your current session dates.
- Illness: If you are unwell please do not come to class; text to let me know.
- Weather Closures: When the Bellingham school district is closed due to weather conditions, classes will be cancelled for that day, and rescheduled at a later time.
Healing:
I am a shamanic practitioner and teacher. My services complement those provided by licensed health care providers. I am not licensed to practice medicine, psychology or diagnostic services. My services are intended to assist you with your individual Soul Journey and not as substitute for medical treatment.
